This Privacy Policy explains how KenStack Technologies Pvt Ltd ("KenStack", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal data when you visit kenstacktechnologies.com (the "Website"), send us an enquiry or otherwise communicate with us. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, and their applicable rules.
Our online learning portal at kenstacktechnologies.com/training handles accounts, course enrolment and payments and is covered by its own training portal privacy policy.
01Who we are
KenStack Technologies Pvt Ltd is an AI development and IT services company based in Trichy (Tiruchirappalli), Tamil Nadu, India. For the personal data described in this policy, KenStack is the Data Fiduciary, which means we decide why and how your data is processed.
02Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the enquiry form on our Website, we collect:
- Identity and contact details: your full name, work email address and, if you choose to share them, your phone number and company name.
- Project details: the service you are interested in and the message describing your requirements.
- Consent record: confirmation that you agreed to be contacted by KenStack.
We also keep the content of emails, calls and messages you exchange with us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and the date and time of the request. We use this only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Website.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as financial, health or biometric information through the Website. Please do not include it in your enquiry.
03How we use your information
We use personal data only for clear and limited purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry, schedule a strategy call and prepare proposals or quotes.
- To provide, manage and support the services you engage us for.
- To send you information related to your enquiry or project. We will not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
- To keep the Website secure, prevent misuse and fix technical problems.
- To meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
04Consent and lawful use
We process the data you submit through the enquiry form on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the consent box. We may also process personal data for legitimate uses permitted under applicable law, such as complying with legal obligations or responding to a request you have made.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing skalaitry@kenstacktechnologies.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew consent, but we may not be able to continue discussing your project with you.
06Third-party services and links
To load fonts, icons and interface libraries quickly, our pages request files from third-party content delivery networks, including Google Fonts, cdnjs (Cloudflare) and the Tailwind CSS CDN. These providers receive your IP address and browser information as part of delivering the files and handle it under their own privacy policies.
Our Website links to our profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites, so please review their policies when you visit them.
08How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting relationship, and then for up to three years so we can refer back to past discussions, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Where a project goes ahead, we keep contract and invoice records for the period required by Indian tax and company law. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
09How we protect your data
We use reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. These include encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls that limit data to staff who need it, and secure database practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected people and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
10Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access: ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Correction and completion: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed or you withdraw consent, unless we must keep it by law.
- Withdraw consent: at any time, as easily as you gave it.
