Unlike template-based OCR, our pipelines combine layout-aware OCR with language models, so they handle new supplier formats, tables, handwriting and multi-page documents without a template for each one. Every extracted field carries a confidence score; low-confidence values go to a review screen where a person confirms them in seconds.

How accurate is AI document extraction?
On clear, typed documents most fields are extracted with high accuracy, and every value carries a confidence score. Low-confidence fields are routed to a person for a quick check, so errors are caught before data reaches your systems.
Do we need a template for every supplier or form?
No. Our pipelines use layout-aware OCR and language models that understand documents they have not seen before. Templates are only used where a fixed form benefits from them.
Which systems can the extracted data go into?
We integrate with accounting and ERP platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP and NetSuite, with CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and with your own databases through APIs or workflow tools such as n8n.
