Our engineering team is based in Trichy (Tiruchirappalli), Tamil Nadu, India. We work remotely with clients in Singapore, the UK, the US, the UAE and across India.

Yes. Most of our AI work is for international clients. We keep working hours that overlap Singapore, Gulf, UK and US time zones, and quote in USD, SGD, GBP or AED.

Usually not. Many projects use existing large language models with your documents, policies or database, so you can start with the data you already have. Training a custom model needs more data, and we tell you upfront if that is the case.

A focused first version usually takes about 10 weeks. Larger platforms are split into phases, so you can start using the core features sooner.

Five phases: requirements and scope lock, solution blueprint, experience and data design, build, test and integrate, then release and handover. Each phase is reviewed and signed off before the next begins.

Yes. Engineering runs in one or two-week sprints with planning, demos and retrospectives, wrapped in milestone-based planning so budgets and timelines stay predictable.

You get a weekly demo of working software on a staging link, a shared milestone plan and a single point of contact who answers your questions.

After a free 30-minute call we send a fixed-scope proposal, billed by milestone. For ongoing work you can hire a dedicated team on a monthly basis.
