Machine Learning Development – KenStack Technologies

Machine Learning Development

Singapore · UK · Worldwide

Machine Learning Development for global teams.

Forecasting, classification and risk models trained on your business data, deployed behind an API and monitored as your data changes.

Machine learning is most valuable when it improves a decision you already make every day: how much stock to order, which customers are likely to leave, which invoices or claims need a second look. KenStack builds custom machine learning models for companies in Singapore, the United Kingdom and worldwide that turn historical data into reliable predictions.

Each project follows a clear path. We explore and clean your data, set a baseline so the improvement can be measured, engineer features with your domain experts, then train and compare models with honest evaluation on held-out data. You see the expected accuracy and business impact before anything goes into production.

Models are deployed behind secure APIs or scheduled batch jobs and wired into your dashboards, ERP or CRM. MLOps practices such as versioning, drift monitoring and scheduled retraining keep predictions accurate after launch, and explainability reports show which factors drive each prediction.

Wireframes, data model and technical plan reviewed with you before development starts.

  3. 03

    Build in sprints

Development in one to two week sprints with a working demo and your feedback each time.

  4. 04

    Launch & support

Testing, deployment, training and a warranty period, then optional monthly support.

FAQ

Machine Learning Development: common questions

How much historical data do we need for machine learning?

For forecasting, one to two years of history is a good start. For classification or risk models, a few thousand labelled examples is often enough. We assess your data in the first weeks and tell you honestly what is achievable.

How do you measure whether a model is good enough?

We compare every model against a simple baseline, such as last year’s figures or current rules, on data it has not seen. You get accuracy metrics alongside the business impact, such as stock saved or churn reduced.

Can you improve models our team has already built?

Yes. We review existing models and pipelines, fix data leakage and evaluation issues, and add deployment, monitoring and retraining where they are missing.

Are the models explainable?

Yes. We provide feature importance and per-prediction explanations so business users and auditors can see why a model made a decision, which is important for regulated sectors in Singapore and the UK.
